Georgia Public Records Ransomware Attack

Our third-party researchers have been advised that a ransomware has affected the public records search terminals for three Georgia counties: Macon, Henry, and Floyd. The researchers have been instructed to notify us of any updates.

Due to the outage, clerks are not currently assisting in completing orders.  All orders for these counties are on hold until further notice. Unfortunately, there is no word on when the terminals will return to service. Once the terminal is up and running, our research teams will develop a plan to resolve any backlog.
