Gwinnett County, GA Court Records Delayed Due to Changing Systems
Corporate Screening’s public records search provider is reporting that Gwinnett County, GA is currently in the process of changing public records access systems. The following disclaimer was posted at the Gwinnett courts on 5/8/19:
On Monday May 6, 2019 the Gwinnett County Clerk’s offices of Superior, State and Magistrate Courts, including Probate Court, initiated an upgrade of our case management system. We have no set date for completion of this implementation and are working diligently to complete the process. The clerk warns court users and researchers the web page may contain inaccurate information depending on the results of the data conversion from our old case management system to the new case management system. Any use of the web page information for making decisions on personnel screening, hiring, firing of employees or any company or corporate other decisions based on the clerk’s web page is at the risk of the user.
Due to this conversion, we have decided to hold Gwinnett County searches for a few days to see if the situation is corrected.
We are hopeful this is resolved in timely manner. If this situation persists, we will determine the best course of action.
We apologize for any inconvenience or delay this brings to cases involving the Gwinnett County courts. Our teams are monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
