Court System Outages - 5/30/19

As of this week, the new court system in Gwinnett County, GA is up and running – however, it is missing data and is not up to date. Due to this malfunction, our third-party researchers are still unable to run searches. Clerks in Gwinnett County are also unable to run searches at this time, due to training. As of May 30, the current target date for full functionality is mid-June – but that is not guaranteed.  For more information, please see our notices from May 9 and May 17.

The Potter County, TX court system is also up and running as of May 30. However, the two-week shutdown has delayed any updates to case information, thus delaying full functionality until at least June 9.  For more information, please see our May 17 notice.
